Gammons and Sharel L. Laidig, who have decades of experience recruiting
physicians for hospitals and individual practices. The company
was established to provide an excellent service to recruit qualified
physicians and healthcare executives who are well matched to client’s
hospitals, physician practices and communities. As part of the
contract with the client, we assist with on-site interviews, contract
negotiation and applications for hospital privileges and state
licenses, when needed.

an extensive professional network enables her to quickly and cost
effectively source top quality physician candidates for physician
practices and hospital employers.

Sharel L. Laidig

Having worked with providers for more than 20 years, Sharel L.
Laidig is experienced in identifying physicians well matched to
the practice environment.
A graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama
in Huntsville in healthcare administration and accounting, Sharel
L. Laidig served as Vice President of Planning, Development and
Marketing of a 372 bed hospital in north Alabama, Director of
Physicians Network at a 901 bed hospital in Alabama and Director
of a Primary Care Joint Venture between several healthcare authorities
within Alabama. Ms. Laidig is experienced in medical staff development
planning, physician recruitment and retention, practice start-up,
practice shut down, practice divestiture, financial analysis,
strategic planning and healthcare marketing.
Her background and active role as a Principal with the Gammons-Laidig
Group provides knowledgeable and practical experience to significantly
benefit clients in finding suitable physicians for physician practice
